Below is the list of all registration forms and paperwork you will need to mail in along with the registration fee.

With registration each player is issued shoulder pads, helmet with chin strap, pants with pads, practice jersey and a gear bag at certification - all of which is to be returned clean at the end of the season.  Players also receive a game jersey with names printed on them that they get to keep.

A player's age on July 31 is his/her age for the season!

PLEASE WEIGH YOUR PLAYER AT HOME BEFORE REGISTRATION TO ELIMINATE A REQUIRED CHANGE OF DIVISION AT CERTIFICATION IN JULY!  Players are allotted 1 lb. of weight gain during the regular season on weeks 2, 4, 6 & 8 - up to a maximum of 4 lbs. by season end.  If this is a player's first year playing tackle football, it is recommended to play in the lowest division they qualify for in their age/weight bracket.

*Conditions for refund consideration: I) A refund of 100% of the registration fee paid by the participant shall be delivered only if no placement exists for the participant at player certification. II) A refund of 50% of the registration fee paid by the participant may be delivered for a documented medical reason only if requested by the first day of practice of the current year. "Documented medical reason" means a licensced medical practitioner has written a note prohibiting participation.
